-Cofeina se gaseste 60 de plante diferite, precum arborele de cafea, frunzele de ceai, guarana ( folosita in bauturile energizante ).

-Cofeina creste nivelul de dopamina din creier si astfel ne da o stare de bine.

-Cofeina ne poate ajuta sa invatam mai bine; pe langa memorie, inbunatateste reflexele cat si in general procesele creierului.

-Cofeina afecteaza aceleasi parti ale creierului ca si cocaina, heroina si amfetaminele doar ca are efecte mai slabe.

-Ca efecte negative, poate sa produce insomnii, deshidratarea organismului cat si efecte laxative.

-Cofeina poate ajuta la slabit, pentru ca creste arderea grasimilor.

-De mentionat ca poate fi si mortala in supradoze. Cam la 100 de cani de cafea, nivelul cofeinei poate fi letal.

Formatia de Middle Eastern Folk Metal, Orphaned Land, a postat online un videoclip continand imagini din spatele scenei la festivalurile la care a participat vara aceasta. In prezent trupa se afla in turneu nord american impreuna cu Swallow the Sun si Katatonia.

Formatia maghiara, EKTOMORF, a finalizat lucrul la viitorul material de studio. Acesta a fost realizat in studioul Antfarm din Århus, Danemarca cu producatorul Tue Madsen, care a colaborat si cu DARK TRANQUILLITY, THE HAUNTED si HEAVEN SHALL BURN. Mai multe detalii in curand.
Pe 25 iunie formatia a lansat o editie speciala a albumului “What Doesn’t Kill Me…” sub egida AFM Records. Aceasta editie speciala contine, pe langa cele 13 piese de pe CD, un sigle nou intitulat “The Gipsy Way” si un poster.
